An email-to-SMS address typically consists of a 10-digit mobile phone number and the mobile carrier’s domain name, in the following format:

1234567890@carrierdomainname.com

While you’ll already know the phone number to enter, you may need to look up the domain name of your carrier. You’ll find a list of email-to-SMS address formats and domain names below. If your carrier is not listed, a quick search of "carrier name + email to sms" will usually find the correct format right away.
